How Much can I put in the dumpster?
You can load the dumpster level with the top so that our tarp can cover the load. This is required by law.
What happens if I overload the dumpster?
The tonnage limit will be on your receipt. If you go over the weight, We can refuse to pick up. Additional charges will apply.
What do I do if I need to reschedule a pick up or delivery date?
We will do our best to accomodate you. Please call DPC Containers at 321-303-0650.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Most rentals are for 1-2 weeks. The length of the rental can be adjusted by calling DPC Containers at 321-303-0650.
Is there an extra charge for using a credit card?
Yes, there will be a service charge per dumpster rental.
What are your operating hours?
Delivery times:
Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Can you pick up the dumpster later the same day it was dropped off?
You may request early morning delivery and same day afternoon pickup. Please make sure your done with the dumpster before the estimated time of pickup.
How soon can you deliver dumpsters?
We can usually deliver a dumpster on the same day a request is made. Please call early in the morning if you need a dumpster that day. We cannot guarantee same day delivery and ask for at least 24 hrs notice.
How do I pay, and do I have to be on location for delivery?
We accept C.O.D. cash and check at delivery. You must be on location to pay C.O.D., or if you have special placement instructions. IF you pre-pay by Credit Card (Visa, MC, or Discover), you do not have to be on location. We do require a signed service ticket when placing our dumpsters. if you cannot be onsite to sign our ticket, please have a fax number or email address available when ordering.
**Please note:
If you will not be onsite, it is best to place something like a cone, trashcan or small sign to help our drivers know exactly where you want the dumpster placed.
Can the dumpsters damage my property?
Yes, Our dumpsters are heavy and can cause damage to your driveway or property. Even though this is rare, the wheels can scuff or scratch concrete, and cause indentions in asphalt. Placement of a dumpster in dirt or grass will cause damage to the surface but can be repaired easily. We can and will refuse delivery if you do not have a safe place to place the dumpster.
